The ignorant supported by the less than ignorant In the following order is the "chain of command" within our legal systems decisions:
Before we get into the "meat" of this dissertation, let's expand on the above. First off, you have the ignorant and immoral, uneducated individuals, who provide our "legal" system with these lawsuits, one of which will be brought up later. Second, for juries to uphold the wishes of the ignorant, they would have to be, at least as ignorant, if not more, than the individuals filing them. Third, you have the judges, who must then be even more ignorant than the juries who supported the ignorant in the first place. The result, therefore, becomes the extremely ignorant following the more ignorant following the ignorant. I'm sure most of you are familiar with the McDonalds lawsuit involving the spilled coffee in the crotch. This is where the proof of ignorance is demonstrated quite easily. If you are stupid enough to put hot coffee (I'm sure that you knew it was hot when you ordered or if it hadn't been you would have sent it back for a replacement, unless you ordered iced coffee) between your legs and then been clumsy enough to spill it, you deserve the lesson learned. But here is where the ignorance of the individual and the act, the ignorance of the jury and the more than ignorant judges comes in. You can do something entirely unintelligent, hurt yourself by your own design, sue someone, group or company, who didn't do anything wrong and end up winning an exorbitant amount of money. Why? Because it appears that American juries are either "detached" or in fear of retribution from the ignorant or the attorneys of the ignorant. It's the building of ignorance in this country that support's ignorance. Along with this are the judges lack of common sense and true justice. It appears that their "vision" becomes tunneled down a retarded path rather than spreading their gaze over the big picture and not forgetting the how and why this country was designed as it was. It was designed by our forefathers who evidently foresaw that the following generations somewhere down the road were going to become so ignorant that they needed some planned guidance before hand. The problem is that no matter how they planned, the ignorance to follow was too strong for the constitution that they authored. Our country, now by it's rules and rulings, award the ignorant and punish the supporters of the common sense that the constitution provided. |
